Smashbox.co.za only delivers online orders to South African addresses but our makeup is available all over the world! We’re now in 40 countries and counting. Use our STORE LOCATOR to find a location near you.

Standard Delivery

Delivery within 2-5 working days.
Free on all orders – it's our treat!

• Orders destined for PO Boxes will be returned to our depot, as a signature is required upon receipt.
• We do not deliver to shopping centres.
• It is not possible to collect your order from a Smashbox store.

Please note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Shipping Time Frames

Smashbox.co.za orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders are generally processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability. Most Standard orders are delivered within 5–7 business days from the order's ship date, depending on the final destination.

Please be advised that owing to exceptional order volume during key promotional periods such as Black Friday, our standard delivery timescale may be affected. Your order will be handed to our courier company within 7 working days of the order date. Thereafter, delivery timescale is dependent on your location.

Shipping Restrictions

Some items sold by Smashbox.co.za require special handling as specified by local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Smashbox.co.za, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you provide a physical address in the South Africa to which we can deliver, we will be as happy as Pharrell to ship your full order.

Shipments to Forwarding Companies

Smashbox.co.za is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. We also don’t supply replacements or refunds for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you go this route, we recommend requesting that the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.

Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO and P.O. Boxes

We do not permit delivery to P.O. Boxes or Smashbox Counters at this time. We require the physical signature of the named recipient of the package and take no responsibility for items delivered to forwarding companies or persons.
