Returns & Exchanges 

You’re bummed? We’re bummed. That’s why you can return any order for free. If you’re not satisfied with your online purchase, we’ll be happy to accept a return or exchange. Please note all that we only accept returns if we are notified within 10 working days (2 weeks) of the date on which the order was delivered. Please return the unused portion to us using the instructions below:

1. Email Us
Send us an email & an Online Service Expert will advise when our couriers will come to collect your products.
2. Pack It
Carefully pack your items into the box and include the completed invoice.

Please note: Only products purchased on Smashbox.co.za may be returned for refund or exchange. Please email us at customerservice@za.smashbox.com. We can totally get past this because we’re such good friends.

Damaged Items

Is your lipstick smushed? Blush crushed? No bueno! When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It’s normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) inside, Please email us at customerservice@za.smashbox.com. We can totally get past this because we’re such good friends. We’ll fix this. Pinky swear.
