Order Processing 

Free Shipping + Samples With Every Order!
If you’re placing an order in South Africa, free standard delivery and a free sample at checkout are always on us.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays). Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.
Orders are typically shipped in 1-2 business days. Please be advised that owing to exceptional order volume during key promotional periods such as Black Friday, our standard delivery timescale may be affected. Your order will be handed to our courier company within 7 working days of the order date. Thereafter, delivery timescale is dependent on your location.

To use a promo code, just type it into the “Offer Code” field during checkout. BTW, promo codes are case sensitive. Type them in exactly as they appear so you can get the deal. Sorry, only one per order.

Order Status

Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your Smashbox Online orders.

When you click on Order Status you will be prompted to log in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders. After your order is shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. To track your order, please visit www.dawnwing.co.za & enter your order number, preceded by E. For example, E123456789.

Please note: Tracking information may not be available for up to 24 hours after the order is shipped.

Order Cancellations

Let’s say you placed an order, then changed your mind. It happens! Email us at customerservice@za.smashbox.com with the subject line “URGENT ORDER CANCELLATION” within an hour of placing your order. We’ll do our very best to catch the order before it processes. Once an order is processing, we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled. 

Occasionally, orders or portions of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons, including:

•One or more items are not available  
•Difficulty processing payment information
•We can’t ship to the address provided
•A duplicate order was placed
•Cancellation due to customer request

If your order is cancelled, you’ll receive an email notice explaining why. Don’t worry—you won’t be billed for any cancelled items. Email us at customerservice@za.smashbox.com with the subject line “URGENT ORDER CANCELLATION” within an hour of placing your order.

Out of Stock

If an item selected is out of stock at the time of your order, you will be immediately credited for the item. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is dispatched.

Maximum Purchase Policy

We appreciate your understanding that we must limit orders to no more than eight (8) units of any item with a maximum purchase of R10,000 per customer. If you have any questions, please email us at customerservice@za.smashbox.com and we will be happy to assist.

Payment Options

We think plastic is fantastic! Smashbox.com accepts MasterCard and Visa. Please enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

Payment Authorization Holds

When placing an order using a credit card or debit card, two transactions will be posted to your account.

• The issuing bank for your payment card will place a hold on the funds in your account in the amount of your purchase when an order is authorized. This action reserves the funds for the pending charge. Please be aware that a reservation is not a final charge.
• You will subsequently be charged for the order which removes the funds from your account. The charge may vary from the amount of the authorization hold if the order is altered or cancelled prior to shipment

If an order is cancelled, the authorization hold will be removed by the issuing bank. For details on the removal of authorization holds, please contact the issuing bank’s customer service. Because this process is specific to each bank, we regret that we cannot provide assistance with the removal of authorization holds. Please be advised that depending on who you bank with, you may not receive an SMS or any other notification that a hold has been removed. Please contact your bank for confirmation.
